DECOUVREZ NOTRE ASSOCIATION -
MEET OUR ASSOCIATION !
FR : Créée en 2025, l'association Wild Against the Machine (WAM) a été fondée afin de récolter des fonds et de représenter avec unité la promotion des étudiants du BTS GPN à l'IET de Lyon, composée de 54 élèves. Cela nous permet d'avoir un poids plus conséquent lors de nos échanges avec différents acteurs.
L'objectif final - qui justifie la récolte de fonds et la communication avec divers personnes morales et physiques - est de prendre part à un projet de réensauvagement actuellement en cours dans la vallée du Côa, au Portugal. Cela nous demande donc d'organiser un long voyage pour une promotion entière, que nous prévoyons en avril 2026 pendant une semaine.
De nombreux pôles dans notre association ont ainsi été créés afin de répondre à tous les besoins: logistique, acteurs, communication...
De nombreux acteurs différents sont impliqués dans ce projet au Portugal (voir rubrique "Partenaires") et notre participation s'inscrit directement dans notre cursus scolaire et l'acquisition de compétences afin d'obtenir, à la fin, notre diplôme !
EN : Created in 2025, the association Wild Against the Machine was founded in order to gather the funds and represent all 54 BTS GPN students from the IET school. It allows us to have more impact and importance when we exchange with other actors.
The final goal behind our fund gathering is to take part in a rewilding project happening right now in the Côa Valley in Portugal. We plan to do so over an entire week during April 2026, so we'll need to raise some funds and organise the travel of our promotion from one country to another!
Several pole positions were created in our association to ensure we could meet the needs for things such as logistics and communication for our trip to run smoothly.
There are many actors involved in this project (which you can find in the “Partners” tab), and this involvement is directly linked to our curriculum and obtaining our diploma!
